In 2010 the Owner of Mountain view Guest Inn, Dafre, had a dream. She wanted to share the view of Boschberg Mountain, the tranquillity and peacefulness of a place where you can find yourself again.

Mountain view Guest Inn is situated in the heart of Somerset East, tucked into our beautiful gardens at the foot of the Boschberg Mountains, exactly as she dreamed it would be.

Mountain View Guest Inn offers 10 units, each with its own stoep or deck and secure parking facilities. Guests also have full use of the swimming pool and braai facilities. Our friendly staff ensure excellent housekeeping – clean sheets, hot water are always at hand. The units are cleaned and disinfected every day, according to covid-regulations.

We serve a hearty breakfast, upon request, in our stately dining room each morning.

To ensure the security of our guests and their possessions, the property has an electric fence and security guards are on watch.
